原标题：广州大坦沙岛又见新盘！西关广雅新校区预计后年开学作为白鹅潭商务区规划的重要节点，如今的大坦沙岛正朝着“国际花园岛”和“国际健康生态岛”的规划定位迅速发展。中秋小长假，位于大坦沙岛的全新项目凯德·双桥新作对外亮相。它由3栋33层住宅组成，共400余户，距离地铁5、6号线换乘站坦尾仅约500米，汲取新加坡花园城市规划理念，打造城央绿洲里的岛居生活。
